First- and second-floor access is through number 6, with remote door opening. Please arrange your arrival time with us.

Parking

Public parking outside the old town walls, around Via Castelfidardo and Piazza Sylos. Private parking at Da Suite Car is also an option; ask us for directions and availability.

House rules and terrace

No parties, smoking or pets. Please keep noise down after 10 pm. Access to the shared terrace is on request.

Arrival and access

Use the check-in time confirmed for your booking. If it is missing, agree it with Gaetano before travelling and let him know about delays.

At number 6 use the black door on the left and call Gaetano for the first remote opening. Go to the 1st floor, door 1, and use the keybox with the code received. Use the street-door key to come back in; to exit, use the inside handle and push.

Before travelling: send a clear copy or photo of every guest’s identity document, required for registration with the Italian Public Security authorities. Contact us in advance about beds, accessibility or early arrival.

Make yourself at home

Rooms and beds: 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed and 1 single bed.

Each apartment has a separate shower room, kitchen with fridge, microwave and hob, TV, table, air conditioning and heating.

Use the air conditioning with doors and windows closed and switch it off when going out.
Do not put metal in the microwave or leave the hob on.
The router on the 1st floor serves the whole Tower: do not unplug or reset it.
The terrace may be used only after Gaetano has confirmed access.

Parking and neighbourhood

Public parking: Via Castelfidardo, about 2–3 minutes away on foot. Check signs and availability. Old-town lanes are narrow, so walking the final few minutes is easiest.

Private parking — Da Suite Car: custodial parking, €10 per day.

For a first walk, visit the Cathedral, Porta Baresana and Torrione Angioino. For the coast, try Giovinazzo or Bari Santo Spirito. Check Ferrotramviaria timetables for Bari and the airport.

Rules, waste and departure

No indoor smoking, pets or parties. Keep noise low after 10 pm, including in shared areas, and respect the booked guest count.

Sort food waste, paper/cardboard, packaging, glass and residual waste. Ask Gaetano for the correct place and time; do not leave bags in the street or public litter bins.

Pack personal belongings and chargers.
Turn off the hob, lights and AC; close windows. Keep the fridge and Wi-Fi plugged in.
Gather dishes and rubbish.
Return keys to the keybox, close it and scramble the digits.
Let Gaetano know you have checked out.
