The legal bases are pre-contractual steps, performance of the stay contract and applicable legal obligations. Required fields are needed to process your request. Optional messages are not required. Please do not enter identity documents, access codes or card details.
Service providers and cookies
The site uses hosting services and Google Fonts. When enabled, Stripe processes online payments, Resend sends booking emails and OpenAI processes questions sent to the AI assistant. Card details are entered on Stripe, not in this site’s forms. WhatsApp and map links open external services when selected. This site has no advertising or analytics scripts. Technical storage may support access and the return from payment.
Retention and your rights
Data are retained for the time necessary to manage the request and stay, resolve disputes and meet applicable retention duties. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object where provided by law. You may complain to the Italian Garante. Contact us for provider details and safeguards for any transfers outside the EEA. The AI does not make binding booking decisions.
