The quote shows the nightly prices, final cleaning and stay total in euros. The deposit, payment deadlines and any additional charges must be stated in the written offer before payment. Do not pay amounts or fees that have not been agreed.
Cancellation deadlines, applicable charges and refund terms are specified in your written offer. There is no single cancellation policy published for every stay. Ask Gaetano for these conditions before accepting. Changes require the host’s agreement. A cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.
Check-in from 14:00; check-out by 10:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Respect apartment capacity. No smoking, pets or parties; quiet hours from 22:00. Terrace access and early arrival require host approval. Agree your arrival time and obtain access instructions privately.
